API Spec Machining

Oilfield components milled to drawing

Continuous CNC turning and milling of crossover subs, mandrel bodies, and casing tools in 4140 and duplex alloys with certified metallurgical traceability.

Machined Assemblies

Severe-service downhole tooling

Crossover subs and pup joints

Rotary shouldered thread configurations including API Regular, NC, and PAC connections cut on continuous 5-axis lathes with pitch diameter repeatability verified by optical comparator.

High-pressure valve bodies and manifolds

Monoblock forged gate valve housings and manifold cross blocks rated for 15000 PSI service, precision-bored with micro-finish seat pockets and certified ultrasonic inspection.

Stabilizer sleeves and integral subs

Manufactured from forged AISI 4145H modified steel, featuring CNC-spiral milled blades, carbide hardfacing matrix overlay, and precision internal API connections engineered for high-vibration directional drilling.

Verification

Destructive and NDT inspection

Every severe-service component leaves our Houston facility backed by full certified material test reports, heat lot tracking, and third-party witnessed testing documentation.

We perform wet fluorescent magnetic particle inspection, ultrasonic volume examination, and hydrostatic pressure testing up to 22500 PSI to eliminate downhole casing failures.
